I will be back to this place it was awesome, if you want like an upscale tent experience this is the spot. Of course it’s rural and when it was raining I was glad I took my bigger car and not my sedan. You are able to park somewhere else where it’s not muddy I do recommend taking blankets and warm clothing in the winter.

We had an awesome stay in the RV! It was very spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. It's such a magical experience to escape from city life and being surrounded by nature and animals.

We have been here once before but this time was in a even more beautiful spot! Such a great getaway from reality! Loved all the animals and the off grid made it even more private! If You like a woodsy area with rain off and on, this place is for You! I can't wait till my next adventure here!

Stayed at Snapped Twig cabin! Beautiful location, close to a lot of activities. Right by the river, had everything as described in the post. Most likely will use this as a base for days at Crystal Mountain!

Amazing weekend getaway definitely wish i could’ve stayed longer ! Jewel was very communicative and extremely friendly and helping beautiful location too the river and woods were everything I needed definitely recommend staying here

We came here looking for a nice little getaway weekend to find some peace, quiet and get away from things. Scenery was exactly what we wanted to have. Jewel and Maile were amazing hosts, Jewel showed us the animals at their property and it was so much fun to learn from her and their journey so far. She allowed us to help her with some chores and allowed us to see a different side to having a farm which was very refreshing. Appreciated Jewel giving us advice on steps to have your own land and other resources to use, so we are grateful her willingness to share her knowledge. Appreciate her care for others. Definitely recommend coming here to stay and also donating here so that they can keep helping animals in need.

This was a perfect fall/winter getaway!! It was a little gloomy and sprinkling when we went mid November but sitting in the hot tub with the light sounds of rain on the leaves above was so so magical! The bed had lots of blankets and the heater worked great! Also having the sound of the river right outside was like a natural white noise machine! Such a great deal for a cabin/camping experience!

This is our third time visiting the secret land and every single visit is so magical! The goats are all so friendly and fun to pet, the new horse has so much personality, the pigs love people, and the dogs are so loving! The RV is gorgeous too with so much storage! And who wouldn't love taking a hot tub with a mini horse walking around your yard?! The memories we make on the secret land each trip are so special! This was our first time visiting in colder months and the charm of the land is just as special as summer months! The RV easily kept us warm even as temperatures dropped over night. We cannot recommend The Secret Land enough!
